My family and I are moving abroad this summer for 10 months and are looking for 2 people to sublet our wonderful house in Amsterdam Oost.
We are renting it out fully furnished. It has a wonderful garden, rooftop terasse, home cinema, washer & dryer, etc...
It's located in Amsterdam Oost, on Ceramplein, right next to Flevopark and Javaplein. We are renting out the entire 4 story house.
We ourselves rent it from the housing cooperation "de Alliantie" and we will setup a proper subrental agreement that we will get officially approved by "de Alliantie", who is our landlord.
Due to the rules of "de Alliantie" for subrentals, we can unfortunately rent only to 2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM and it's not allowed to subrent to people with children. Pets are also not allowed.
The house will be available from August 22nd 2024 until June 31 2025. Price of EUR 2650/month is without internet, energy cost, etc...
This is a residential neighborhood - we are looking for subrenters that will take good care of our home while we are abroad ;)
