Bathroom and separate toilet are 6 years old. 2 years ago a renovation was done on all houses in the neighbourhood. The house got new insulation, new windows and a sliding door, and automatic ventilation in toilet, kitchen and bathroom.

The city Leiden has multiple musea, a university, and a lot of restaurants and bars. The city center has the typical Dutch canals. By train its a approx. 30 mins to other big cities like Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague. Also the beach is very close.
