1 bedroom, 1 spacious kitchen with huge windows, spacious bathroom, separate toilet , living room approx 20 m2, balcony opens from the bedroom, and 1 extra room without windows which I use for wardrobe/washing machine area. I have a private storage downstairs. The apartment is on the 1st floor.

Area: right next to my building there's the HovenPassage shopping mall, but the area is packed with Turkish bakery, Action, Pakistanian and Polish shops, AH XL, Jumbo, Dirk, Wibra, Aldi, fitness clubs. Tram 1 stops in front of my building, Centraal Station is 2 tramstations from here. I have really good neighbors, we make favors for each other sometimes: empty the mailbox when we are on holidays or watering the plants, etc., really nice people. The area is quiet, NEVER had problems with sleeping in this apartment, noone's in the age of giving parties. Parking: behind and next to the building there are plenty of parking lots, there's a possibility to apply for a parking lot from the Gemeente.

I'm looking for a flat in Amsterdam, preferably closer to the Center but not necessarily. Balcony is important, but if you have a small garden, that would be literally a cherry on the top. Min. 40 - 60m2, but nothing is written in stone.
